Our experienced therapist Alani is off in November to partake in a lymphatic drainage massage course.
A gentle, rhythmic massage that encourages the natural flow of lymph, supporting your body’s natural detoxification process.
It also reduces fluid retention and bloating, promotes relaxation and reduces stress, supports immune function and improves circulation.
Time to swap to a richer moisturiser, ideally with something containing ceramides and hyaluronic acid to combat dry air and indoor heating.
Exfoliate with care only once or twice a week to slough off dull summer skin cells without causing irritation.
Don’t skip the SPF! UV rays are still active in cooler weather, and daily sunscreen remains vital, especially if you’re using active ingredients like retinoids.
